Yes. Surge follows a modular approach, allowing organizations to start with the capabilities they need and expand their platform as their business requirements evolve. Additional modules, integrations, and applicable customizations can be evaluated and added based on the commercial and technical requirements.

Yes. Surge is designed to support configurable workflows, policies, roles, permissions, reports, and business processes. This allows the platform to be adapted to an organization’s operational requirements rather than forcing teams to follow a fixed process.
Surge is currently deployed within the customer’s own cloud environment. This allows the organization to maintain control over its deployment infrastructure and data while using the Surge platform without requiring access to the application’s source code.
Surge White Label allows organizations to deploy the Surge platform under their own brand, including their branding and configured business environment. The complete application is deployed for the customer without providing the underlying source code.
The current White Label offering is deployed in the customer’s own cloud environment. This gives the customer greater control over their infrastructure, data, security policies, and deployment environment.
No. The White Label deployment provides the licensed Surge application for the customer’s deployment. The source code is not included as part of the current White Label licensing model.
The current licensing model is based on a single deployment. If multiple independent deployments are required, the licensing and commercial structure can be evaluated based on the specific requirement.
Surge currently offers two licensing options:
One-Time Licensing: A one-time license fee includes one year of support for bug fixes related to the licensed solution.
Annual Licensing: An annual subscription provides access to the licensed solution along with bug-fix support for the duration of the active subscription.
Pricing is modular and depends on the modules, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment requirements selected by the customer.
The One-Time Licensing model includes bug-fix support for one year but the usage license of the software will continue beyond this period. After the included support period, continued support, maintenance, upgrades, or additional services can be evaluated separately based on the customer’s requirements and applicable commercial terms.
Yes. Bug-fix support is available for the duration of the active annual subscription. The subscription needs to remain active for continued access to the applicable licensing and support arrangement.
Yes. Surge supports integration with selected applications and systems to create a connected business environment. Current integrations include Rever for project and task management, EmployEye for workforce monitoring and productivity insights, Ask Mitoto for AI-powered business intelligence and assistance, and compatible biometric attendance systems.
Yes, subject to compatibility and technical availability of the biometric system. Surge can integrate attendance information from supported biometric systems so that attendance data can be used within HR, attendance, and payroll processes.
